Delivering on demand information for live Point ID, Activity logs (Pre-alarm, Alarm and Fault) this service provides accurate information for you to triage any event or occurrence before you travel to site. And is available on any platform that supports web connections such as a tablet/phone or PC.
This Connected Cloud Service is planned to go Live in the UK and Ireland later this year around late spring. We believe that this is a real tangible game changer for our Fire Industry.
The aim of Connected Cloud Services for fire detection is simple;
• To improve service and support efficiencies resulting in less cost to you.
• Improving first fix on callouts.
• Improving/maintaining your stature as the ‘go to company’ for any Fire related enquiries.
