Presenter: Timothy Cheow

Timothy Cheow is currently the Product Manager for Johnson Controls and responsible for South East Asia, Korea and Japan markets. With over 10 years of fire protection experience, Timothy is also the product lead for Standard Commercial, Special Application Sprinklers and Grinnell range of products in Asia Pacific and Middle East.

His focus has been on the new product introductions, driving product lifecycles and collaborating with Global Product Leaders on the development of new technologies and solutions. Timothy is equipped with high sense of compliance and knowledge of local industry Codes and Standards and involves extensively with local fire authorities, namely BOMBA Malaysia, Korean Fire Institute and the Japan Fire Equipment Inspection Institute.

Timothy holds an Honours Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and had held various positions such as Engineering, Sales, Product Development and Management. He has vast experience in the Hospitality, Commercial, Marine, Oil and Gas industries prior to joining Johnson Controls.
