Presenter: Raymond Chay
Raymond Chay is the Senior Manager of Technical Services and Training for Johnson Controls. He brings over 17 years of engineering and project management experience across Asia Pacific and Middle East regions, and has held various positions in business development, engineering, contracts and planning department.
Prior to joining Johnson Controls, Raymond started off his career as a Project Engineer and raised through the ranks to become Commercial Director where he was actively involved in numerous large scale projects such as the Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort, Singapore Changi Airport Terminals and the Marina Bay Business Centre.
Equipped with strong fire systems design and application background, his focus has been in the applications of new technologies, technical services and training.
Raymond holds a Degree in Mechanical & Production Engineering from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore
